Payment has to be fulfilled 30 days after invoice date. If the invoice date is less than 60 days before start of the seminar, than payment has to be fulfilled at least 30 days before the start of the seminar;
Caronne is always allowed to cancel the seminar. If this happens, the full invoice amount will be credited;
Agenda, attendants and speakers are subject to change;
If you cannot attend, you are allowed to send another person. Please do send an e-mail about this change, along with the full name etc. of the replacement;
Until 60 days before the start of the seminar it is possible to cancel your subscription without any costs. After this period cancellation is no longer possible. Also on cancellation, the full amount will be invoiced;
