Sales Support Administrator M/F


We defined some main characteristics which are required for working at Caronne:
  • Open minded, pro-active, selfstarter
  • You have a good command of Dutch, English, French (oral as well as written)
  • You have at least a few years experience in this function

You are responsible for the administration of the follow up of the prospects and of the sales generated by us and will act as a key partner. With an objective to provide the standard of service to our clients that continually meets and exceeds their expectations.

To give you an idea of the function, we sum up some actions and responsibilities for this job (not exhaustive):
  • Administer prospect and client visits
  • Create lists of possible prospects
  • Call prospects, clients and act upon them
  • Write small texts for clients, web site etc
  • Create offers and supervene them
  • Invoicing and contract handling
  • Pioneer and help building the company
