Payment Payment must be fulfilled within 30 days after the invoice date. If the invoice date is less than 60 days before the start of the seminar, payment must be fulfilled at least 30 days before the start of the seminar.
Cancellation by Caronne Caronne reserves the right to cancel the seminar at any time. In such case, the full invoice amount will be credited.
Changes The agenda, attendants, and speakers are subject to change. Caronne reserves the right to make modifications without prior notice.
Force Majeure and Liability Caronne will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the seminar takes place as planned. If, due to force majeure (such as illness of the speaker, technical problems, or other unforeseen circumstances), the seminar cannot take place in whole or in part, Caronne will make reasonable efforts to offer an appropriate alternative. Caronne shall not be liable for any damages resulting from modification, postponement, or cancellation of the seminar due to force majeure.
Substitution of Participant If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute participant. Please inform us by email, including the full name and details of the replacement participant.
Cancellation by Participant Until 60 days before the start of the seminar, cancellation is possible without any costs. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible and the full amount will be invoiced.
Use of Training Materials All training materials and documentation provided during the seminar are intended for the personal use of the participant only. Without prior written consent from Caronne, these materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or otherwise used for commercial purposes.
Applicability of General Terms Caronne's General Terms apply to all registrations. In case of conflict, these Registration Terms shall prevail.
